I thought I'd already posted this. Reading through it, it went a bit weird for a bit but the idea seemed like a good one. From TUFFF... You've never heard of fighting fantasy before, but happen across a title on the shelf. Upon reading the spine what is your first impression of the plot? What is this book? You see many other titles all numbered neatly. At number 4 is some book called Creature of Havoc, you assume it's about a vicious canine bent on attacking dog pound personal but has escaped authorities for days now. Will YOU take on the task of bringing this beast in? Is this book worth playing? You put it back on the shelf and pick #7 House of Hell. You are frightened by what's on the front cover! Is this book about exorcism??? Do you really want to dabble here and get nightmares? You can't watch Freddy or Jason let alone want to know what's lurking in this book. You put it back and open one numbered at 17. Is Island of the Lizard King really about a chameleon? You kinda like reptiles. Will it change its colours to hide from predators? This book seems so interesting, it must be about nature. There are many books to choose from.....so many genres. Is Starship Traveller another addition to Star Trek the Next Generation?

From TUFFF... If I had all the 65 books in front of me and if I would have to buy one of them only for its title, then it would be Trial of Champions. Razaak's apprentice

From TUFFF... Did you buy Trial of Champions because you thought it was, in reality, a court drama? The more beautiful and pure FF is – the more satisfying it is to corrupt it.

I don't know... The title "per se" says to me this kind of idea: somebody puts all the great winners, all the great champions inside of a small cage and he will only open it again if at the end is there only one alive (Some kind of "moisture" of Deathtrap Dungeon with Saw) Razaak's apprentice

From TUFFF... In the other hand, If I had all the 65 books in front of me and if I would have to buy one of them only for its cover, then it would be Crypt of the Sorcerer. Razaak's apprentice

From TUFFF... YOU browse the shelf and see Crypt of the Sorcerer, you can only guess it's another addition of a Llewellyn Tarot deck! Complete with stunning illustrations and a how-to book. Interested? You could possibly buy it but you're not finished because you spot four books titled 'Sorcery': The Crown of Kings must be about brain surgery in medieval times. The Seven Serpents must be about Lucifer and his minions and how they corrupt mankind. Khare - cityport of traps must be about the city sewer system and how dangerous it must be to venture in one. Lastly there's the Shamutanti Hills. Voodoo? What kind of a book store mixes their genres like this? Spellbreaker - block curses and hexes put on you
Curse of the Mummy - Want a curse put on you? Read this book
Bloodbones - Learn about donating blood (the Victorian way)
Sword of the Samurai - about an organ (should be in adult section)
Talisman of Death - book must have an actual talisman which brings death
Eye of the Dragon - another book that should go in the adult section!
Legend of Zagor - Who is Zagor? Who cares. The more beautiful and pure FF is – the more satisfying it is to corrupt it.

Your way of thinking is sometimes a little complex for me my friend... I do not understand it ... but it is not surprising ... because I've been told before that many of my brain cells have already died in my already long existence. Razaak's apprentice

From TUFFF... Did you know that you lose a brain cell every time you read a fighting fantasy game book? Is it so? Then, I make a calculation that is not necessary to have any math course to make a total count of the few brain cells left in me... but is good to know that we voluntarily faint a little with pleasure every time we read a Fighting Fantasy Book. That reminds me of another physical exercise that gets a similar result. Razaak's apprentice

From TUFFF... The newcomer notices three books each larger than the previous ones. Howl of the Werewolf - is it a documentary about a wolf? Or the Littlest Hobo? Stormslayer - WHO can overcome the weather? Might be worth buying. Night of the Necromancer - Great. Another tarot deck. The more beautiful and pure FF is – the more satisfying it is to corrupt it.

From TUFFF... The Riddling Reaver - a computer virus?
The Forest of Doom - A tale about a 5 year old boy who ventured into the woods with his dog and encountered a grizzly
Deathtrap Dungeon - it could possibly be another Young Indiana Jones book
Caverns of the Snow Witch - Wicca in the winter time, in a secluded spot
Space Assassin - an Arnold Schwarzenegger epic drama
Freeway Fighter - L.A's most dangerous high speed freeway chases
Temple of Terror - the final Nancy Drew installment where she goes to Egypt to unravel a murder case but finds herself the next victim
The Rings of Kether - "Mawage. Mawage is wot bwings us togeder tooday. Mawage, that bwessed awangment, that dweam wifin a dweam... " a wedding on a tree. Very nice.
Seas of Blood - a documentary about a woman and her cycles
Appointment with F.E.A.R - If you have a psychiatrist, he may own a copy of this helpful text book. It is a book riddled with all the manias available to have as your own or if you are the fortunate to be born with one
Trial of Champions - wrestling hasn't been removed from the Olympics yet, but you can still read about it
Robot Commando - Transformers? Whoopdee doo.
Masks of Mayhem - do you hide your personal feelings from your significant other? It could lead to arguments
Beneath Nightmare Castle - another book about women. Do you DARE ask her? Do you DARE tell her? What is brewing inside her head? Do you DARE to find out or risk having all your willpower sucked out of you? This book is best put aside.
Phantoms of Fear - Do you live in a haunted place? It's not safe to stay there. Time to call on the Ghost Adventures crew.
Midnight Rogue - Dreadfully hungry? Need a nighttime snack? Go on, raid the fridge and pantry! Make a lot of noise! Who cares who you wake up!
Chasms of Malice - This must be a book about falling. Do you ever have that nagging dream where you are falling and never touch the ground? That's what this book must be. Falling in chasms. Falling endlessly......
Battleblade Warrior - children fighters in Thailand and Canada. Who will YOU bet on?
Slaves of the Abyss - Nothing like a good book about BDSM!
The more beautiful and pure FF is – the more satisfying it is to corrupt it.

From TUFFF... Skylord - how come the book is ripped in two?
Stealer of Souls - a great book about satan
Daggers of Darkness - ever have to go to the basement in a black out? Sometimes a candle is not enough to see through the darkness. What if there's something lurking ready to pounce on you? It's good to bring a butcher knife with you and stab at the air as you head to the box.
Armies of Death - a historical account of all battles known to man? Boring.
Portal of Evil - A book about the bum hole. Sometimes it's calm, sometimes it's mad. and stinks.
Fangs of Fury - YOU may need a trip to the dentist for a root canal
Dead of Night - is it about falling out of your bed in the dead of night?
Master of Chaos - are you a bunny magician or a crafty sorcerer? This book must inform you when all of your tricks and spells go wrong. Not good.
Keep of the Lich Lord - attached to a dead body? Can't bear to give it to the undertaker? Do you like surrounding yourself with bones, leathery skin and mason jars filled with a foetus or two? This might be the book for you.
Legend of the Shadow Warriors - Why is there so much chaos and darkness? Do you think that the shadow warriors might ease this? or are they evil? does it really matter?
Spectral Stalkers - a book about star gazing
The Crimson Tide - one day you wake up and want to kill someone, so you set out on a quest to do so
Siege of Sardath - an epic romance novel!!!! She was sieged by Sardath, but she didn't honestly love him, she was in love with somebody else, poor Sardath. The more beautiful and pure FF is – the more satisfying it is to corrupt it.

From TUFFF... I love the idea of Fangs of Fury being about a fearsome trip to the dentist. No wonder it's scary if he's the bloke on the cover. How about...
Demons of the Deep - probably about a philosopher who goes into therapy. Next!
Skylord - obviously a Rupert Murdoch biography
The Crimson Tide - a rather 'in your face' book about puberty for girls
Scorpion Swamp - one of those new ultra-honest travel guides
House of Hell - no doubt written by TV's Kim and Aggie
Eye of the Dragon - Duncan Bannatyne bangs on about how brilliant his decisions have been
Trial of Champions - something to do with Lance Armstrong
Moonrunner - likely to be a tedious conspiracy theory based on the idea that Neil Armstrong was just running around on the supposed 'moon' with the tape slowed down.

From TUFFF... Excellent! Love it.
These three books come in a bundle, but why? How are they linked? Vault of the Vampyre - it must be about a biting itch that simply won't go away on its own even with the use of tea tree ointment.
Tower of Destruction - a solution to your nagging itch? All gone, finally.
Revenge of the Vampyre - oh dear The more beautiful and pure FF is – the more satisfying it is to corrupt it.

Master of Chaos - no doubt 400 space-saving tips clipped from Good Housekeeping (hopefully including one about new uses for old, dilapidated boots).
