I suspect that Googling the phrase would lead you to the Starship Traveller playthrough on my blog.
The Gaddon reference is a bit of a giveaway for the new one - it's one of the Mailed Fist Orcs at the Dragon's Breath Inn and Alehouse in Chasms of Malice (section 262, if anyone cares).

"It's said that if yer stick a dagger in a vampire, it'll cry out!" I'm pretty sure that's Moonrunner - a quote I enjoyed at the time. (It's a risk you take if you use a disguise to scare Hogg and Kilmarney into doing their jobs properly.)

It was indeed Hogg in Moonrunner.
Yours is the Dragon in Talisman of Death.

Not quite, but so close I think I'll have to give you it anyway. In fact it's you (well, your character) who yells it at Lecarte in Warrior.

"Hey, you, helmet-head..." "Yeah, where are you going?" is that a conversation between two people or is it one person speaking (with non-relevant text edited out)?

It's two characters addressing your character. If I were omitting irrelevant text, I'd use [...] rather than a new line.

This one seems to have people stumped, so here's more from the same character:
"I believe you. I can't think why anyone should tell such a story unless it were true. And anyway, even if you are a villain and an impostor, I don't see how you could make things worse than they are already."
