Just had some thoughts on the 'maximum' skill/stamina the average enemy should have depending on how high their skill stat is. I came up with the following:
Enemy: Skill 6- Stamina 18
Enemy: Skill 7 Stamina 14 Enemy: Skill 8 Stamina 10 Enemy: Skill 9 Stamina 8 Enemy: Skill 10 Stamina 6 Enemy: Skill 11 Stamina 5 Enemy: Skill 12 Stamina 3
Enemy: Skill 13+ Stamina 2

That depends on the reason. Do you need a weak critter to give the player some satisfaction or change of pace? Is the enemy more a punishment because the player did not find another/easier way? Or is it just the final boss of the story? Enemy stats should have a purpose IMO.
