I am trying to construct a hex-map of Kakhabad for a D&D campaign. The one problem I'm having is determining the size of Kakhabad; the evocative John Blanche map in the front of the books lacks a scale. Has anyone done anything similar, and come up with the size of Kakhabad?

a while back i guessed it was roughly the size of wales because of how many days it took you to wander across it.

If I assume about 18-24 miles per day (the Analander is dedicated, but the terrain is hilly and forested, and you're walking trails, not roads), then that makes the diagonal distance from the Outpost Settlement to Kharé roughly 70-90 miles - let's say 81 miles. If I assume a more-or-less right triangle, that would give me about 57 miles east-west distance from the Cantopani Gate to the Jabaji River, and about 57 miles from the mouth of the Jabaji River to the Cityport. If it's 100 miles from the Gate to the City, then it's more like 70 miles each for Gate-to-Jabaji and Jabaji-Mouth-to-Cityport.
