other (if there are) minor changes were done in the last version, comparing to your list posted here ?
Most of the changes are the same but a few things were added (such as Tracking being useful in reaching the runes) or reverted back to original text to create a better balance (such as the 3 damage Spear going back to 2 damage to make heavy weapons more viable).

-Number of carried weapons increased to two, and a third on Firemane.

(30) Wording altered to take into account a new trail discovered.
(53) Corrected to knock out if Mercenary rolls double-6 instead of getting an Attack Strength of 22. If you have anything that reduces his Attack Strength he can’t ever get a total of 22.
(60) Reduced number of Chaos Centaurs to 3, no armour bonus and fight them one at a time. Add 1 LUCK if you win.
(60,67,280) Reduced Stamina of second Chaos Centaur, Chaos Steed and Knight of the Flame.
(62) You do not have to deduct 1 from your Attack Strength as you are pulling your blows but not fighting less effectively.
(67,254) Deduct 2 instead of 1 from the Beast Men’s Battle Strength if you win.
(71) Axe deals 3 damage if you have the Weapons Special Skill, or 2 if you don’t. No Attack Strength penalty.
(79,262) Stamina loss reduced.
(85) Magical chainmail adds 1 to your Attack Strength instead of reducing damage by 1. This clears any confusion as to whether or not the breastplate and chainmail damage reduction stacks – you can have both now.
(90) Changed to a single Luck Test instead of two.
(123,367) The Third-Eye costs 3 gold pieces instead of 5.
(129) Add 2 LUCK points.
(184) Beast Men’s Battle Strength increased to 12 (-2 if you take 5 days or less).
(192) The spear only hits you on a roll of 1-2 instead of 1-3.
(197) Normal Skill Test instead of at +1 difficulty.
(216) Deleted Skill reduction.
(229) Roll one die and add 6 instead of 5, and added option of firing a crossbow.
(230) Magical crossbow bolts do 3 damage instead of 2.
(245) Honour must be 10 or higher instead of 11 or higher.
(248) Deleted instruction that you must buy a lantern if you don’t have one. The choice should be your own. Cost of war-hammer, mirror, holy oil and crossbow bolts reduced by 1.
(256) If you have a Hunting Charm, add 1 to your Attack Strength during the battle.
(266) You can use Ironbane two times instead of once.
(277) Add 1 LUCK point.
(284) Test Skill once instead of three times.
(291) If you have Tracking or successfully Test your Skill, go to 30. If you are unsuccessful, turn to 343. Numbers switched to lead you to the runic shield as author intended.
(296) You or the Chaos Knight must win two consecutive Attack Rounds using a lance to unhorse the other instead of winning any two Attack Rounds.
(306) The full name Lord Taris Varen added as an extra reminder to the shy note-takers.
(329) Iron-Eater destroys one weapon or armour instead of just armour.
(363) Reduced number of Gargoyles to 3.
(372) Changed to a single Luck Test instead of two.
