Good one; I'd forgotten he even had a combat reference. The POOL BEAST is also superior to him. Some of the SHADOW WARRIORS might beat Voivod, but I was spared trying to interpret some of their special rules against him by finding the ridiculous monster with 6 attacks each round, which massacres everything else in the Legend of the Shadow Warriors.
What is the name of the '6 attacks' monster?
Kalundai fightingfantasy.fandom.com/wiki/Kalundai. If you face it (it being parsecs off the true path, although an interesting one), and you have manacles, you can either be clever and chain its legs together - meaning you escape w\o a fight - or chain two of its arms, meaning you still face a foe which already has high stats with four attacks. Without manacles, yes, six attacks (!).

Thanks. I wonder how many players have beaten that enemy? Even a skill 10 would struggle, maybe even a skill 11?
Just ran a few tests and a skill 11 with an average stamina of 18 could win about 1 in five times.

Unless you use manacles ofc, as I mentioned earlier (doing so is the clever way - probably the author's 'truer path way' - to get the ring which nullifies the Shadow Warriors special abilities, but it very much isn't worth spending the money on manacles to get the ring meaning you arrive around Voivod late as well as having little money for provisions).
