This is a creepy 'Ides Of March' poll in which you choose your least favourite 5 FF (haha, it means no one has to wait until halloween). The format will be similar to King Gillibran's. I personally suggest it would be malicious to vote for an FF you haven't read or haven't heard of before but feel free to do so. Even more sneakily, the voting will be blind (that is, you will not see poll results until poll expires), so no one will be able to vote tactically. Polling will finish 10 p.m. 24th March. Will be rolling out the other 3 polls over today.

This is harder to choose from than the Favourites poll.

I have a feeling Space Assassin will get ousted but I kinda like it. Not a great book but it has its charms.

I have a feeling Space Assassin will get ousted but I kinda like it. Not a great book but it has its charms. I know I didn't vote for it. Like Stealer Of Souls it's good in a traditional, amateurish kind of a way. OTOH it might be people are voting on basis of difficulty rather than other things, and Space Assassin doesn't have the heavy difficulty level many other FF do (just making it's probable ousting more saddening).

I have a feeling Space Assassin will get ousted but I kinda like it. Not a great book but it has its charms. There were 3 books I voted for straight off the bat and then I agonised a bit about the last two. Sadly Space Assassin was one of the two my agony led to. I agree it has its charms but strong competition here.

Similarly for me. Charm it may have, but it lacks atmosphere; it’s being on the bland side does it no favours

I really do like the illustrations in Space Assassin though.

I really do like the illustrations in Space Assassin though. Illustrations were what made me change my mind about Star Strider; even though the writing is the wrong side of nothing special, the basis of the colourful cover, nostalgia (it was one of my first FFs) and interior illustrations were key to me choosing an unfairly hard FF instead.

Unsurprising which 5 led this, but Demons of the Deep at 0 is interesting as it was probably mid tier in this group
EDIT: that Demons result is even more impressive now I've seen the other results as across all the polls, only 4 books got zero votes, with Siege of Sardath and Creature of Havoc the other two on top of Demons and City of Thieves
