A while back someone mentioned that the Scholastic Kharé - Cityport of Traps contains a picture of the Sulphur Ghost, which was never depicted in the Puffin or Wizard editions of the book. Are there any other instances of Scholastic reissues containing artwork that shows scenes, creatures or characters that didn't appear in the original version?

All this information is from Malthus Dire. (ffreviewermalthusd.blogspot.com)
New Illustrations in Scholastic Reissues:
Forest of Doom 303: Pterodactyl City of Thieves 115: Chained Man City of Thieves 296: Thieves (See Below) Shamutanti Hills 95: Bandits Kharé: Cityport of Traps 412: Sulphur Ghost (Link to Illustration)
He only goes up the the third set of re-issues though so there is nothing on the Seven Serpents or the Crown of Kings. I think they may have the original illustrations like Return to Firetop Mountain does. (I have the Scholastic version of Return to Firetop Mountain.)City of Thieves (296): Thieves (From Amazon's Images)

I think they may have the original illustrations like Return to Firetop Mountain does. They do. Kind of a shame, Robert Ball's Khare illustrations were solid and gave a nice alternative for those who already have the Puffin/Wizard version.
