I suppose the hero of no. 10 needs to be a king of the wild frontier.

Was shopping at Aldi the other day and found that they sell a selection of CYOA titles. On the back of each book they show the alternate paths for each book. Oops, that's a bit too big... But look at how limited the choices are. And if you thought some of the FF titles had a cringeworthy name, Cup of Death anyone?

I love the fact that this book is about a mysterious receptacle for tea. I'm looking forward to the helpful walkthrough and stat breakdowns Champskees. ;D

Saucer of Doom was a pretty decent follow-up, but Teaspoon of Disaster was a massive disappointment.

The other title they had there was War with the Evil Powermaster.
Very intimidating. What dark secrets lurk within?

The PowerMaster 2000 (evil upgrade from the PowerMaster 9 Steam Hoover Series) refuses to clean the tea stain which is a hideous reminder of your last brutal adventure! What will you do??! Find out in the thrilling sequel to Cup of Death. (Book comes with three options and an exciting illustration!!!)

Saucer of Doom was a pretty decent follow-up, but Teaspoon of Disaster was a massive disappointment. Crypt of the Saucer was a bit of an anticlimax.
I see that Cup of Death was previously named The Mystery of Ura Senke. That's really quite a drop in terms of a sense of wonder. I wonder what prompted them to do that...? Maybe this is worth a new thread.
