Nope, it was the other one, Earth. But close enough.

There's hardly anything else said by this character, so in the hope that a clue might keep this thread from sinking without a trace, I'll just point out that the line is spoken somewhere described elsewhere in the adventure as 'a place of sleep'.

No, you're barking up the wrong tree with that guess.

Checked and confirmed.

Ooh, sneaky. That's a malicious Elf or Pixie or something of that ilk from one of the Clash of the Princes books. I think it's The Warrior's Way.
ETA: I've checked, and I was right about the book. The line is spoken by a Wood Elf, whose name is never given (but it's obviously not Neriath).
"I have been murdered... a Spirit Demon. I have struggled to come here. We are puppets in the master plan."

Bloodbones 41 contains "that'll do nicely", but preceded by a "Yes," so it's probably not what you're thinking of. (I haven't played that book, but Google finds a full PDF version of it online.) Sounds like a ferryman or such accepting his fare or a wizardly/witchy type accepting an ingredient, but checking every transaction in the books is hard.
While waiting for the 8-year limit for a second clue to expire, here's another one to run in parallel: "Tonight we will feast on Shanga - for he is dying anyway."

Presumably no other Shangas waiting to be eaten. I thought of a slight variation to the game where you give a succession of quotes in reverse order of blandness and the goal is to identify the common thread using the least number of quotes, but when I looked for quotes related to the first theme I thought of, I was thwarted by a lack of actual dialogue. I could try to think of something else later, or if someone else doesn't think this sounds super stupid feel free to give it a go.
In the meantime, a regular quote I ended up with: "I would never try to fish like them."
