Hi, over the past couple of months I've been working on a project for college. The basic premise was essentially a "Choose-Your-Own-Adventure" audiobook. I collaborated with one of FightingFantazine's very own writers thealmightymudworm. He allowed me to adapt his story "Creature of Hangover" (no relation to Creature of Hanover - just a reference in it's name), and helped with advice along the way. It's system is the same as Fighting Fantasy's - I just changed the names of things to avoid potential copyright issues, it's easy to understand if you know the FF system.
The finished product has just been uploaded, please give it a shot and let me know what you think!

I wasn't quite sure what it would be like hearing my adventure back, but from the moment I heard the bit with the alarm clock and the cyclist I was hooked. The sound effects definitely bring it to life. The cat's revenge is probably my favourite bit with the cat-vision and sudden blackout. The reverb when announcing fights is fun too. Two things: -The times in the description for the adventure aren't clickable, unlike in the instructions video. Can this be changed? It would make it easier to play imo. -Just in case for some reason people don't have a handful of dice ready when they come to the video, would it be worth including a link to www.random.org/dice/ ?
Anyway I might put the link on one or other of the FF Facebook pages in the hope someone will take a look.

Just realised I didn't include the digital alternatives I was referring to at the start. That's a pretty glaring issue lol. And in regards to the skipping around part, that was the case with the intro video when it was first uploaded, it seemed to take a while for the skipping function to initialise. I'll make those changes now

I forgot to mention that I have played this through again since the Adventure Sheet and so on were attached and the clickable section-links kicked in. It really does help for smooth experience. I doubt anyone needs proof that I can negotiate my own adventure, but I've attached a copy of the Adventure Sheet including the route taken (spoilers! ) for the hell of it. I was so lucky with stats that I considered forcing a punchup with the bus driver just for the hell of it, but the easiest option is always the best imo.
