Fighting Fantasy 10th Anniversary 1992 Yearbook

Remember seeing this for sale a few years back in a second-hand bookshop, didn't bother buying it because it was out-of-date, and of course is worth about 10 times what they were charging! Has anyone played the mini-adventure within it (is it any good?), and is it published\available elsewhere?
   I wonder whether they will do a new version \ reprint the mini-adventure for the 40th anniversary?

It's Rogue Mage from Warlock 10.

A slightly edited version, but essentially the same adventure. It's not great. I have playthroughs, incorporating some comparisons of the two versions, here and here. Spoilers abound, of course.
