Any interactive adventure sheets?

Has anyone put up an interactive adventure sheet where you can keep track of your stats, automatically do skill/luck/combat rolls, track inventory etc...

My Google Fu is apparently lacking as I couldn't find any. If not, I can just use Google Docs and random.org but having everything together would be convenient.

I created something along those lines, though it's not available online.

It works using Microsoft Access (I got put in charge of the database at my old job, and got to experimenting while learning how the program worked). Functions include combat, stat management, inventory, rolling against attributes, and the Instant Death ability from Creature of Havoc. Plus a save option, in case you need to go away and do something else mid-adventure.

Ah, nice. I think you might have sent me a copy of it way back when. It's probably what I was remembering. Oh well, Google Docs is fine. Thanks anyway.
