Of the Snake Demons, two of them, Ishtra and Myurr, have already shown up in their own books as the main villains. However, I was wondering which other books there are where they're indirectly responsible? Where the villain of that book was either directly serving them or indirectly there due to their manipulations and scheming.
The Titannica wiki lists Masks of Mayhem, Fangs of Fury, Beneath Nightmare Castle, and Master of Chaos as examples of this, as Morgana, Jaxartes, Senyakhaz, and Shanzikuul are listed as serving Ishtra.
The Lizard Men worship Ishtra and Myurr so perhaps they could be counted as behind the events of Battleblade Warrior? I haven't read it but I heard that Sith would be behind Curse of the Mummy's events.

What books do Ishtra and Myurr show up in?

Ishtra is in Phantoms of Fear, Myurr in Dead of Night. The Titannica wiki lists Masks of Mayhem, Fangs of Fury, Beneath Nightmare Castle, and Master of Chaos as examples of this, as Morgana, Jaxartes, Senyakhaz, and Shanzikuul are listed as serving Ishtra. Not saying that Titannica is necessarily wrong, but I wonder where they got that from. Odd that that list doesn't mention Tower of Destruction, which explicitly mentions that Zeverin's schemes are in service of 'Sith and her henchman, Relem'.

Ah it's because the list is on Ishtra's page, and so doesn't mention Sith's involvement in Tower of Destruction, but that is definitely a book with a Demon Prince pulling the strings behind the scenes.

So what would the list be:-
Ishtra: Primary: Phantoms of Fear Secondary: Masks of Mayhem, Fangs of Fury, Beneath Nightmare Castle, Myurr Primary: Dead of Night Sith: Secondary: Tower of Destruction, Curse of the Mummy Other: Masks of Mayhem

Some of those secondary entries are unconfirmed. And, given what's known of their MOs, if Beneath Nightmare Castle is secretly the work of a Snake Demon, I'd consider Myurr a more likely candidate. He's the one who favours deception, manipulation and subversion.

Yep unfortunately only one of those is cited - Travels in Arion for Morgana serving Ishtra. However reading through the Titan manual, I did notice that Malbordus was "introduced to the ways of Myurr" so I think we can add Temple of Terror to Myurr's list. Actually since the Dark Elves as a whole follow Myurr, with the king of their highest clan being a direct acolyte of the Demon Prince, I wonder if Siege of Sardath would count as well.
If we ever get confirmation to the wiki's claim that Shanzikuul served Ishtra, then Naas the Dark Elf's mission to get the Staff of Power from him could be a conflict between Ishtra and Myurr behind the scenes 🤔
Also in the Titan sourcebook is Shareella the Snow Witch being turned to evil under the tuition of an Ice Demon, which according to a cited line from the wiki, are from the Plane of Obsidian ruled by the Night Demon Kalin, who serves Myurr.

I'm not sure whether this is coincidence, but looking over the books listed (if we believe most of the connection for secondary ones to be legit), it seems that each Demon Prince operates primarily in 1 of the 3 continents: Ishtra in Khul, Myurr in the Old World, and Sith in Allansia.

I'm not quite sure it's that simple, cause Myurr has a lot of presence in Allansia as well. Also I've gotten my hands on Travels in Arion, and Morgana is "said to be an acolyte of Ishtra" so that more or less confirms it I think. The same book also says Arachnos is a "devoted servant of the Demon Princes" so the Snake Demons are indirectly behind Deathmoor as well. Do we know if Zanbar Bone was a follower of any Demon Prince? Prior to him becoming one.

I'm not sure that I would consider AFF to be canon for determining such things. I'm not sure because I haven't read any AFF books. I have read the FF novels (The Trolltooth Wars, etc), and I wouldn't consider them canon for the main Titan universe as the plots are ultimately irreconcilable with the game books. However, given the continuity errors introduced in the more recent gamebooks (e.g. the twist ending of Assassins of Allansia), this standard may be too high.

Demons of the Deep. If it wasn't for Myurr, Atlantis would not have sunk (full story in Titan)
