A GM I know has created a new race for both regular fighting fantasy RPG's and for advanced fighting fantasy that's based off of The Enterran Race from the old, very old, I 1st watched it sometime after early March 2,002 but before late August 2,002, Shinzo cartoon
The reason why is that members of all Races will eventually die, which ends the campaign, butThe Enterran Race from the old Shinzo cartoon never age, never suffer the effects of aging or of old age and never die of old age
So he created The Enterran Race for both regular fighting fantasy RPG's and for advanced fighting fantasy and they are almost completely human, the only difference is that they never age, they never suffer the effects of aging or of old age and they will never die of old age
So The GM now has a new race for both regular fighting fantasy RPG's and for advanced fighting fantasy that follow almost all the rules that Humans do and the only 1 they don't follow is that they never age, they never suffer the effects of aging or of old age and they will never die of old age
This means that A Enterran Hero can potentially have a adventuring career that last's several millennium, and that was my mates plan right from the start, make a race that's not too strong, not too weak and has a immunity to aging that he or she doesn't have to sell his or her soul to acquire and doesn't have to do risk acquiring immortality using The Skull of Mora Toa, which would involve doing the dangerous adventure Moonrunner

If you aren't the GM, what is the question/problem? Even (in) a long campaign - which I don't advise running, since most of us have a life outside gaming - age would barely be a factor, and the concept seems a good enough one. I've never seen this cartoon but I guess there could be some minor weakness to compensate for the advantage of not aging.
