On the same vibe as the previous Treasure Hunt, this is a game in which you name a notable person you can come across in a FF gamebook and everyone else attempts to name the book it is found in. So if I were to name: Igbut, the answer would be Deathtrap Dungeon. The book can be of the new or old series but it MUST be a gamebook. No answers from Titan, Tasks of Tantalon, Warlock magazines etc. The person who identifies the right answer first, gets to set the next celebrity to hunt. No need to wait for confirmation if it's obviously correct.
To begin, find me

He's the Dwarf you kill right at the start, as identified by the piece of hide you find on him. Okay, strictly speaking, the book says 'Swjnfb fbrd apfo yprf', but putting it that way would have been a dead giveaway.

Hint: Anxis is someone you might bond with over body art.

(*Bump*)
Is it along the right lines because it's a Paul Mason book?
The Crimson Tide is the only one I'm really familiar with and I'm sure he's not in that. Black Vein Prophecy?
