We are met again my friends!!!
For so long I thought that the time of fighting fantasy talk had gone! But now I see so much that is here…
I have not been idle for the time in passing. No new fighting fantasy books have come around and so I wrote a part of one by me: The Resurrection of the Necromancer!!
You may know of my love for the masterpiece of Livingstone: The Crypt of the Sorcerer - a work for which the only note can be 10 out of 10! and so there is the need of a sequel…
For me, if any fault can be found in that work it is that there is no choice to play as Razaak himself! The greatest being of all and so that is my aim in the second. So far I have but a few parts to the work, defeating meddlesome adventurers and placing them in submission to dark sacrifices.
I have sent word to Ian Livingstone to know if we might come together over this work but he has yet to send me back. That would be very special to me.

Is there not a 1200 deadline for these posts?

Is there not a 1200 deadline for these posts? It was posted at 11:58 exactly. Did it have anyone going? I realise it's on the obvious side.

And you had me too. Pretty good but aren't you afraid of calling the devil? Of tempting fate? Of course, with his presence the post count here would probably quadruple. If for nothing else because I'd feel the need to reply to everyone of his post. I'd say give the guy a year, if he still doesn't show up, that can only mean that he either 1: achieved his goal of becoming a powerful warlock and now lives like a hermit on some random mountain, ruling his undead squirrels; or 2: died roaming the tunnels of his hometown dungeon (what we would call a sewer system) keeping the local rats well fed.

Crypt of the Sorcerer is absolutely the best FF book of all times. Not easy to describe the feeling of this book. Razaak is almost divine.

Dear God I tried to warn everybody this would happen. Well ok 2 posts ain't much, but still! You see what happens when you mess with the divine and grotesque forces of the universe? The Idiot God has returned! ...I'm talking about Azathoth, of course.

It seems that vagsancho and vagsancho have found common ground here. I think that's nice. (I think that's nice. )

Livingstone did an amazing work with the caverns of the snow witch and the temple of terror - amazing worlds - an even more fantastic work with deathtrap dungeon, city of thieves and trial of champions - incredibly fantastic worlds - such an unbelievably fantastic man that Nicodemus - but he seems to have gone beyond his maximum power with the creation of the absolutely outstanding Crypt of the Sorcerer - the supreme Masterpiece of this universe.

...and I don't even think you are exaggerating! Not consciously, anyway.
