There is a question in the official FF site i tought our fellow experts on the subject might give him a hand:

Question:"I have been playing blood of the zombies and have come up against zombie Kong I have a shotgun and Amy has the pistol giving us a +7 on our attack score however considering as the highest you can role on the dice is 12 it is impossible to get higher than 20 so it seems impossible to get past zombie Kong. Can you be honest with me and tell me is it possible to get a better weapon or can that part not be completed."

I've already sent him the answer although he's not given a response.

the answer is yes, there is a better weapon. There's a violin case which can be found before you meet big Z-kong. inside is a nice Machine Gun (2d6+5 damage)
