I've just generated A Wizard Type Character for these books with A Skill 6+4 or 10, A Stamina of 12 +5+2 or 19 and A Luck of 3+6 or 9. Do you think that he is enough to win?

With those scores you could win easily, but only if you discover the secrets you need to learn, and avoid the pitfalls. This is the real strength of the series - there is so much to find out in the 2265 pages of the books. Actually, why hasn't someone printed an omnibus edition, with the references of each book numbered sequentially?
So you won't win on your first attempt, no matter what you roll. Anything other than rolls of 1 for your initial scores is adequate - eventually.
